Personal data subject: stated when the consent is accepted.
I consent to ByFly Group LLP (BIN 261040023460, address: Республика Казахстан, г. Алматы, ул. Айтеке би, д. 100, н. п. 71) recording my calls in the ByFly Taxi app: with the driver, with ByFly staff (support, dispatcher) and with the voice assistant Eva.
1.What is recorded. The whole call, the voices of all participants, as well as the date, time and length of the call, the order number and who took part in the call. At the start of the call "This call is being recorded" is played, and the call screen shows the "Recording" icon.
2.Why. To handle complaints, SOS calls and incidents, to protect the safety of the rider and the driver and to monitor the quality of the service.
3.Where and for how long. Records are kept only on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 30 days from the day of the call and then deleted. If there is a complaint, an SOS call, an incident or a request from a state body about the trip, the record is kept until the case is closed and for 30 more days, and then deleted.
4.Who listens. Only support staff of ByFly Group LLP and only for a specific request; every listening is logged. On my request support tells me whether a record of my call is kept.
5.Who receives records. Records are not passed to third parties, except where the law requires it (courts, law enforcement bodies), and are not published in publicly available sources.
6.Records are not used to identify a person by voice, are not sent outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and are not used to train artificial intelligence. Eleven Labs (USA) processes speech in a call with Eva, and Anthropic (USA) processes the text of what is said — only with my separate consent to transfer data abroad; the records themselves stay in Kazakhstan.
7.The consent is required to use ByFly Taxi: without it the app is not available. The exception is an SOS call: the ByFly duty officer calls even without this consent, as stated in clause 10.6 of the offer.
8.Withdrawal. I can withdraw the consent at any time in the profile, section "Documents". After that new calls are not connected, and after the current trip I am signed out of my account; I can use ByFly Taxi again by accepting the terms anew. Records already made are kept for the periods in point 3 and then deleted.
9.Basis — Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection" No. 94-V. The consent is valid while I have an account or until I withdraw it.
