1. General provisions
1.1.These rules describe in what form accruals under the ByFly Taxi Invitation Network Rules are received and how to use them. Rates, conditions, the per-trip limit and status periods are set out in the Invitation Network Rules.
1.2.The rules apply from 01.11.2026 and only to the future. Changes are made by a new edition. It is published in the app no later than 10 days before it enters into force, applies only to the future and applies to a participant after they have accepted it in the app. Amounts accrued under the previous edition are retained.
1.3.Reward credit and points are not money. They cannot be bought, topped up with money, withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred to another person. Partners' accruals are money; section 5 covers them. Accruals can be received from the age of 18 (ByFly Taxi Invitation Network Rules, point 1.5).
1.4.The ByFly commission and the launch commission rates (start_5 — the city launch rate, welcome_5 — the welcome rate for an invited driver) are described in the driver agreement, not in these rules.
2. Type of accrual
2.1.The type of accrual depends on the recipient's role, not on whose chain it came from:
- a driver (an active driver profile) receives reward credit;
- a rider receives points;
- a partner (a ByFly agent who has accepted the Offer for ByFly Agents) receives money in tenge to a separate "payable to partner" account (section 5). The type of reward for an invited venue is determined by role in the same way (ByFly Taxi Invitation Network Rules, section 11).
2.2.A person who is both a driver and a rider receives accruals as a driver. If a driver has not met the daily minimum, they do not receive points instead. A partner who is also a driver receives the better of the two options for the day (ByFly Taxi Invitation Network Rules, point 5.5).
3. Reward credit (driver)
3.1.Reward credit consists of network accruals that reduce the commission the driver pays ByFly for their trips. It is a discount on the commission, not earnings and not a debt of ByFly to the driver. The credit is calculated in tenge and is valid in Kazakhstan.
3.2.An accrual is credited to the reward credit account when the "pending" status ends: 1 day after the network day calculation, for new participants — after 7 days. If the accrual was "under review", this status lasts up to 72 hours (ByFly Taxi Invitation Network Rules, section 8).
3.3.When ByFly charges the driver the commission for a trip paid in cash, the credit is used first (only if it has a positive balance), and the remainder is debited from the driver's wallet. The same applies when the price of such a trip is corrected. Taxes are not paid with the credit. For trips paid by card or via Kaspi, the credit is offset once ByFly enables such an offset; at launch, payment is in cash only.
3.4.The credit is not paid out in money under any circumstances. When the account is deleted, unused credit is forfeited and any negative balance on it is written off by ByFly; the app warns about this before deletion.
3.5.If a trip is cancelled, the money for it is refunded or fraud is confirmed, the accrual is deducted from the credit (reversal), even if it has already become available. As a result, the credit may go negative. A negative balance is repaid only by future network accruals: it is not debited from the wallet or from the money for trips.
4. Points (rider)
4.1.1 point = 1 ₸ discount on a ByFly Taxi trip. Points are not money.
4.2.Where points come from:
- accruals across the network lines;
- compensation on a request to support — by decision of a staff member and with the rider's consent. Points do not replace the rider's rights under the offer and the law: if the rider demands a price reduction or a refund for a trip with defects (the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Article 35), ByFly refunds the money.
4.3.Network points become available after the network day calculation (04:30). They are not placed under review or into "pending". In the app, points are shown as whole numbers, rounded down.
4.4.Points are valid for 180 days from the moment they became available, but not earlier than from the day payment with points opened in the city: until then they do not expire. If they are not spent, they expire; the app shows the expiry date for each batch of points.
4.5.Payment with points will open later — ByFly will announce it in the app. After that, no more than 30 % of the trip price can be paid with points. The driver receives the full trip price: ByFly pays the driver the part paid with points.
4.6.If a trip for which points were accrued is cancelled, the money for it is refunded or fraud is confirmed, those points are written off.
5. Partner money
5.1.Partner accruals are money in tenge, not reward credit and not points. They are credited from the first paid trip, including during the pilot, to a separate "payable to partner" account.
5.2.The accrual goes through the statuses "under review" and "pending" (ByFly Taxi Invitation Network Rules, section 8) and becomes "available for payout". From that moment, the amount is an obligation of ByFly Group LLP to the partner: it does not expire and is not recalculated retroactively. It is removed by a reversal entry only under the Invitation Network Rules, point 8.4 (the trip was cancelled, the money for it was refunded or fraud was confirmed) and only before payout.
5.3.The money is paid to the bank account of the partner who is a sole proprietor once ByFly enables payouts to partners (the app will announce this) and the partner specifies the account. Until then, the accrued amounts accumulate and are shown in the "My network" section marked "payout to the sole proprietor (IE) account after payouts are enabled". The partner pays taxes on the money received independently (Offer for ByFly Agents, point 6).
5.4.For an agent who is not registered as a sole proprietor, accrued amounts accumulate until registration as a sole proprietor (IE) and until an account is specified in the app.
5.5.Money paid out is returned to ByFly only in accordance with the law or with the partner's written consent (Offer for ByFly Agents, point 7).
5.6.Upon withdrawal from the agreement or deletion of the account, accrued amounts are not forfeited: they are paid under point 5.3 upon the partner's request to support.
6. Statuses
- "Under review" — up to 72 hours after the day calculation (reward credit and partner money).
- "Pending" — 1 day, for new participants 7 days (reward credit and partner money).
- "Available for offset" — the credit can be offset against the commission; for points — "Available": they can be spent once payment with points opens; for partner money — "Available for payout": payout to the sole proprietor (IE) account after payouts are enabled.
- "Not accrued" — with a reason: the minimum was not met, no 18+ confirmation, a pause, the per-trip limit was triggered, etc.
- "Cancelled" — after a trip cancellation, a refund or confirmed fraud.
- "Expired" — for points whose validity period has ended.
7. What is not available at launch
7.1.There is no withdrawal of money for drivers and riders: credit and points cannot be withdrawn. Payouts to partners — after they are enabled (section 5).
7.2.There are no one-off rewards for invitations.
7.3.There is no payment with points (point 4.5).
